Drew Hunt, Snare Drum Instructor

Drew Hunt is a former member of the UD Drumline where he marched on snare drum from 2018-2021. While attending UD, Drew majored in Computer Science and minored in Cognitive Science. He then graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Drew began teaching at the University of Delaware in 2023 as a snare technician. Drew is also a snare technician and co-battery coordinator for the Unionville High School Marching Band and Indoor Percussion Ensemble at Kennett Square PA, and he is a snare technician at United Percussion from Trenton, New Jersey.

Outside of his teaching experience, Drew is an alum from Unionville High School where he played in the Marching Band and performed in the Indoor Percussion Ensemble, both on snare drum, from 2015-2018. He also marched snare drum at the Bushwackers Drum and Bugle Corps (2019, 2021, and 2024) and performed with Imperial Dynasty in 2019 and United Percussion in 2022.

Outside of band, Drew is a Tier 1 Support Analyst at iPipeline Inc. and specializes in the IT and Technical Support Field.
